afraid of glitter nail polish?

DON'T BE!!!

i love love love my glitter nail polish...

(marge, ruby, harper, to name a few)

but i have people saying to me all the time,

"it's so hard to take off!"

i thank them (because i take that as a compliment!), then went looking for a few tricks of the trade.

deborah lippmann, backstage at narciso rodriguez, gives these steps to refinery29...

Step 1: Saturate cotton with acetone or polish remover (a remover with acetone works best).
Step 2: Place the cotton on the nail and wrap each finger in aluminum foil. Press down.
Step 3: Leave on for 5 minutes.
Step 4: Pull the foil off and your glitter polish will glide off, too!

haven't tried it yet (i'm rocking matte white today), but let me know if you do before me and how it works!!!
