lindsay lohan will be charged in the theft of a $2500 necklace...that she says they loaned her. that must be true! i can't imagine why the jeweler says it's not true!!!
and unfortunately there is photo and video evidence...if charged and convicted, she could face three years in prison.
(not that it will happen, but i sure hope she made some friends on the inside)
this poor child can't learn...not that she ever had a chance with those parents of hers...
