this picture was taken on august 11, 2001.
it was my first trip to new york.
and my only trip to the world trade center.
no one could have imagined what would happen one month later.
to all of those who lost their lives that day...and all of the brave men and women who ran directly into the flames to help those in need. we honor and salute you.
