the current asking price -- listed with sotheby's real estate -- is 9.65 million.

the 4 story, 4100 square foot townhouse at 64 perry street boasts five bedrooms, 3 full baths, and SIX fireplaces.

the exterior shots of carrie's apartment building were later switched to 66 perry street.
