what we're listening to...

if you don't love pink, something is wrong with you.
this song is AMAZING.
obsessed!

Monday, February 25, 2013

seriously...

does this girl ever look SOBER?
and does she own a brush?

ok, kristen stewart...i get it.
you're WAY too cool for all of this hollywood BS.
yeah right...i'm pretty sure her reem acra gown didn't come from target.
i will give her props...she showed up on crutches, only saying "i'm an idiot" when asked about her injury.
speedy recovery, babay!
;)

(image via vulture.)

battle of the short hairs...

these girls sure know how to do it.
make yourself ugly, and you'll win an OSCAR!
anne hathaway shaved her head (and stopped eating!) for "les miserables"...and took home the award for best supporting actress! i still don't like that faux nipple prada. sorry, i just can't. it reminds me too much of gwyneth paltrow's pink ralph lauren from 1999.
charlize theron definitely knows what to do to take home the prize. remember "monster"? how was that even the same person?!?! she looks stunning in dior couture...and is rocking that pixie cut.
damn, i wish i could wear my hair that short.
lucky.
a.

(image via vulture.)

just because...

he's so stinking cute!
joseph gordon-levitt rocked a gucci tux on the red carpet...
and then he photobombed a couple of red carpet broadcasters!

love him...
a.

(images via vulture, hollywood gossip.)

love it...or hate it?

the fashion debate has been on all day...and rosita's favorite style bunnies cannot agree on some of last night's looks!
what do you think?
a.

zoe saldana...in alex mabille couture.
i don't know how i feel about the belt, but this dress fit her LIKE A GLOVE. can we become yoga buddies? please?
amanda seyfried...in alexander mcqueen.
does the neckline remind anyone else of the prom dress from "pretty in pink"? this dress gave this teeny tiny girl back fat. enough said...
kerry washington...in miu miu.
again, her body is AMAZING. it's just a little too bubble gum pink for my taste.
reese witherspoon in louis vuitton.
yes, her hair was FABULOUS (i wonder how many extensions she was working in there?)...but the dress was just not very flattering. and i'm never down with a boob bow...;)

(images via vulture.)

what are you hiding under there?!?!

those are some seriously. big. dresses.
it was like prom night last night on the oscars red carpet...
you could hide a couple of small children under those skirts!
best actress winner jennifer lawrence looked like a princess in dior couture (love the backwards necklace!)...but with that huge skirt, she almost busted her ass trying to get up the stairs to receive her oscar! hike that thing up next time...
amy adams floated down the red carpet in oscar de la renta. love the grey...but that's a hell of a lot of layers, lady.
jennifer aniston would have been red hot in valentino...if her skirt wasn't so big! as rosie used to say...where is that dress taking that girl?!?!
ok...adele's jenny packham sparkler was definitely a HUGE improvement over the floral tablecloth nightmare she donned at the grammy awards. but this glittery sack does nothing for her shape. can i please get this girl into a tux suit?!?!
;)

(images via vulture, justjared.)

holy ratings, batman!

there's been a ton of debate about seth macfarlane's performance at last night's oscars (boob song, anyone?!?!)

but there's one thing for sure...
he brought the ratings!
the broadcast was viewed by 40.3 MILLION people...up a million from last year.
congrats!
a.

(image via justjared.)

looking good!

y'all.
that bitch is 48 years old.

FORTY EIGHT!!!
previous oscar winner (for "the blind side") sandra bullock was stunning in elie saab last night on the red carpet...
thank you for not going overboard! simple hair, simple makeup.
simply elegant...
a.

(image via justjared.)

oscar trend...the beards are back!

inspired by "duck dynasty", boys?!?!
the men were rocking the beards last night something fierce...no, not those kinds of beards. i know what you're thinking...it is hollywood, and all...
;)

argo winners grant heslov, ben affleck, and george clooney...the bearded trio!
paul rudd is FORTY THREE years old.
he looks like he's still in college!
damn. that bradley cooper sure is dreamy...
he sings! he dances! he tries to help jennifer lawrence up the stairs! is there anything hugh jackman can't do!?!

looking good, fellas...but isn't it too hot in LA for all this facial hair?!?!
a.

(images via justjared.)

is it just me...

or does nicole kidman's dress look like it's holding her head up?!?!
i hope she wasn't planning on eating anything after the ceremony...
there isn't an ounce of room left in that las vegas showgirl inspired l'wren scott!
;)

(image via vulture.)

cute couple alert...

dang.
as usual, these two look like they should standing on top of a cake.
"argo" winner ben affleck and his beautiful wife both hit the red carpet in gucci...love the color of that dress!
hope you enjoyed your kids free night out ;)

congrats...
a.

(image via vulture.)

love love love...

bradley cooper!
the "silver linings playbook" nominee brought his mama as his date last night to the oscars.

aw...how cute is she in her silver sneakers?!?!
he looked pretty cute too in his tom ford tux.
obviously!
;)

(image via vulture.)

what was she thinking?!?!

auditioning for an "i dream of jeanie" remake, perhaps?

salma hayek, who is married to the CEO of the biggest luxury brand company in the WORLD...has no excuse! this velvet alexander mcqueen looks like a bad pageant dress.
too much hair, too much makeup...
just too much. she looks like she's in pain.
a.

(image via vulture.)

red carpet roundup...

georgio armani hit it out of the park last night on the oscar red carpet!
jessica chastain and naomi watts sparkled in armani prive...
can you say old hollywood glamour?!?!
her hair and makeup were FLAWLESS.
and thank you for wearing lipstick!
there were so many naked pouts on the carpet last night...
get some gloss, y'all!
meanwhile...
"the impossible" nominee naomi watts looked modern...and fabulous! in armani prive.
love!
a.

(images via vulture.)

in case you missed it...

jennifer hudson KILLED IT last night at the oscars!
dang that girl can sing!!!
A-M-A-Z-I-N-G.
a.

LOVE THIS...

can't take the credit for this one...we're getting a little help from our friends for this year's oscar round-up! brookalicious found this one for us...

huffingtonpost.com's oscar headline...
;)

and the oscar goes to...

argo!

congrats to ben affleck, george clooney, and the rest of the gang behind the best picture of the year.

my favorite...so far!

damn!
i love...love...LOVE this simple black dress!

amazing.
samantha barks, who was pulled from her stage role to play eponine in "les miserables", looks absolutely stunning in valentino.
and it has pockets!
after my own heart!
simple can be better, babay.

what we're listening to...

oh lawd.
this one's been making us CRAZAY.
i wonder why...;)
and you know...when it's stuck in my head, i have to put it on the rest of you.
no one suffers alone!
enjoy ~
a.

first lady...of style!

dang.
the first lady sure does love her some jason wu.

she rocked a very sassy (and glittery!) black and maroon wu dress last night for the president's state of the union address.
while some are saying it was a little too party dress for such an occasion, i say...
if you got it...flaunt it baby!
;)
