it's time for a little remixology at fish!!
and now that they are opening early for happy hour (starting at 4:30) what better way to skip out of work than to enjoy a custom cocktail creation from manager/bartender/mixologist extraordinaire evan powell?!?!
(and he's a cutie-pie to boot!)
make sure you're ready for a nibble, because they have yummy bar specials sure to compliment your cocktail of choice.

dim sum. dim sum. dim sum!
faves include -- crab wonton, duck confit steamed bun, caramel pork belly, i could go on and on...
other must haves -- the goat cheese spring rolls, the sweet chili calamari (TO. DIE. FOR!), and the tuna tartare.
so...get your sweet little dim sum ass there tonight...and tell them rosita jones sent you!
